Product Introduction

The 330707-00-10-50-12-00 comes from the Bently Nevada 3300 XL series. Specifically, it is an 11 mm proximity probe with a 1/2-20 UNF thread and armor. This probe measures shaft vibration, radial position, and axial displacement in rotating machines. Furthermore, it suits steam turbines, compressors, and large industrial motors. The probe pressure seal uses a Viton O-ring. Therefore, it seals differential pressure between the probe tip and case. However, probes are not pressure tested before shipment. For a pressure seal test, contact the custom design department.

Installation Guide

Next, mount the probe using the 1/2-20 UNF thread. Apply the recommended torque of 15.2 N•m (133 in•lb). Do not exceed 45.2 N•m (400 in•lb). Meanwhile, keep the minimum bend radius at 25.4 mm (1.0 in). Connect the ClickLoc connector by hand. Finally, tighten it to no more than 0.565 N•m (5 in•lb). Always match this probe with a five meter Proximitor Sensor.
