Connect signals I0+ to I3+ on terminals 1, 3, 5, and 7. Then connect I0- to I3- on terminals 2, 4, 6, and 8. If you leave any input unused, you must configure it as "unused" in the software. The wire loop resistance should stay below 100 Ω.
First, ensure the 24V DC supply is stable and within the allowed ripple range. Next, attach the module to the DIN rail or use M4 screws for panel mounting. After that, wire the thermocouple signals to the correct terminals.
For the best performance, keep the control cabinet well-ventilated. Do not block airflow around the module. Finally, configure the unused channels in your PLC software to avoid false readings.
