Output response time is consistent at 10 ms for both open-to-close and close-to-open transitions. The maximum switching frequency reaches 20 cycles per minute when driving inductive loads. Furthermore, the module draws a maximum backplane current of 490 mA, and it requires an external power supply for the load side. There is no output leakage current because the contacts are physically open when de-energized.
Isolation ratings are robust: 250 VAC continuous between user input and logic/frame ground, and 1500 VAC for one minute. Each channel is individually isolated, so group-to-group isolation is not applicable but channel-to-channel independence is guaranteed. The maximum output voltage drop is 0.3 V, keeping power loss minimal.
The IC200MDL940 operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C, making it suitable for most industrial control cabinets. Storage temperatures from -40°C to 85°C are acceptable. Humidity tolerance is 5% to 95% non-condensing, so the module performs reliably in humid environments.
