This Vibro-Meter CE311 444-311-000-023 accelerometer uses a shear-mode piezoelectric sensing element with integrated electronics to provide a current-modulated output suitable for long-distance transmission without external charge amplifiers.

The sensor and stainless steel protective hose are hermetically welded to resist moisture, oil, steam, dust, and salt atmospheres.
